Position: Customer Service & Operation Executive & Coordinator
📍 Location: Taman Molek, Johor Bahru
📅 Employment Type: Permanent

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Handle Import & Export shipments via Land, Air & Sea
🔹 Coordinate, plan, monitor, and arrange daily shipments
🔹 Liaise with local and international forwarders, transporters & shipping liners
🔹 Manage documents: Invoice, DO, BL, Customs Forms, Permits
🔹 Assist delivery arrangements & resolve logistics-related issues
🔹 Perform ad hoc duties as needed
🔹 Optimize logistics operations for cost and time efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in a related field
✅ Experience in shipping & logistics
✅ Basic knowledge of computer software
✅ Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
✅ Fresh Graduate welcome.
