In loving memory of Deon.

To many, he was known simply as "The Legend" — a name earned through his passion, determination, larger-than-life personality, and the lasting impact he had on the people around him.

He was more than a leader. He was a mentor, a friend, and a driving force behind Coastal Couriers. The relationships he built, the lives he touched, and the legacy he helped create continue to shape the company and the people who were fortunate enough to know him.

Today, we remember Deon not only for what he achieved but for who he was. His presence is deeply missed, but his legacy lives on in every journey, every relationship, and every person who carries a part of his story forward.

Coastal Couriers is proud to support a cause close to our hearts.

From 15–17 May, we were represented at the Rough & Tough Rally in aid of the Cancer Association of Namibia by Team Spoorsnyers 121, driven by Edward Gouws, our Windhoek Branch Manager, and Team Flame Busters 87, driven by Llewellyn Anthony — one of Deon’s closest friends.

Both vehicles rode in memory of Deon and his brother Robert Posthuma – the founder and the legacy behind Coastal Couriers.

We thank both teams for representing the Coastal Couriers name with pride throughout the rally and for honouring a journey that continues to hold deep meaning within our organisation.
