NAMDOCK is proud to celebrate the successful completion of the 3-day JOTUN Supa Marine Paints Applicator Training hosted during May 2026 for 70 employees from our Coatings Department.

The training brought together the Coatings Superintendent, Foremen, Chargehands, and employees from across the department, with support from the Production Manager, reinforcing NAMDOCK’s ongoing commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence within the ship repair industry.

This joint initiative focused on enhancing skills in coating application, equipping applicators, inspectors, and supervisors with essential knowledge in surface preparation, product selection, and the correct use of Jotun’s marine and protective coatings.

Certificates were officially awarded on Friday, 15 May 2026, marking an important milestone in strengthening technical capability, coating application standards, and industry best practices across our teams.

From the dockyard to the finish line Team NAMDOCK showed up with energy, determination, and incredible team spirit at the 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗙𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 & 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗦𝗸𝘆𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗻 hosted on 09 May 2026.

We are especially proud to congratulate Paulus Abraham on achieving a remarkable 3rd Place Podium Finish in the Male Senior 21.1km category with an impressive time of 1:13:15.

Moments like these remind us that teamwork, resilience, wellness, and commitment extend far beyond the workplace.

Today, on International Nurses Day , we celebrate our in-house clinic team for the care, professionalism, and support they bring to Team NAMDOCK every single day.

Their role reaches far beyond treatment alone.

Through Occupational Health and Occupational Hygiene, they help protect the health and safety of our workforce in a demanding industrial environment. Through Primary Health Care, they provide daily medical support, guidance, and care when our people need it most. And through Wellness initiatives, they remind us that strong performance starts with healthy people — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

They are often the calm during difficult days, the reassurance during uncertainty, and the steady presence behind the well-being of our teams.

At NAMDOCK, wellness is not separate from performance. It is part of what keeps our people, our operations, and our shipyard moving forward.
