𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀. 𝗔 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗗𝗢𝗖𝗞.

Foremen and Chargehands play an important role in guiding our teams and ensuring that every job is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

NAMDOCK recently invested in leadership training designed specifically for employees in these key supervisory roles. The programme strengthened essential skills in leadership, communication, people and performance management, coaching, motivation, accountability, conflict management and safety leadership.

It also reinforced the importance of ethical conduct, mutual respect and creating a workplace where employees feel supported, engaged and motivated to give their best.

By developing the people who lead on the ground, we strengthen the teams behind every project and continue building a culture of excellence across NAMDOCK.
