📍 MANAGER – SWAKOPMUND

Formula Courier Services is looking for a Manager based in Swakopmund to oversee operations and account management across Swakopmund, Henties Bay and the local mining industry.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, growing our client base, managing regional operations and fleet activities, and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. 📈
💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the regional office and daily operations
• Drive targeted sales and grow the client base
• Oversee regional finances, PODs & debtors
• Manage fleet, vehicle services, tracking & MDC charges
• Manage mining & contractor agreements
• Oversee HR matters, appraisals & disciplinary processes
• Compile weekly/monthly reports
• Represent the company in regional public relations
📋 REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Grade 12 + diploma/degree in a related field
✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
✅ Computer literacy (MS Office)
✅ Mining industry experience
✅ Parcel Perfect, Vinity & You Track knowledge is an advantage
✅ Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
✅ Self-driven, motivated team player
✅ Ability to travel
✅ Valid B or BE driver’s licence
✅ Namibian Citizen
