“Delivery takes 7 to 10 business working days.” That’s what it says boldly on their tracking website.

So what manner of deceit is this?

Why won’t you tell customers the real thing?
Why won’t you set the right expectations from the start? Why won’t you be honest?

This is not just unprofessional , it’s deceitful and wicked. Because while you may not care about your integrity, it’s costing me mine. I have clients who trust me. I have a reputation to protect. And I trusted this company for a partnership for the very first time and this is what I got in return.

People deserve to know what they’re walking into. Stop misleading people. Fix your service. Call your staff to order.

📢 SERVICE COMPLAINT: ELLA LOGISTICS ABUJA – UNRELIABLE & MISLEADING DELIVERY SERVICE

As a logistics business owner, I value timeliness, communication, and trust , all of which were completely ignored by Ella Logistics Abuja.

On June 18, 2025 I sent a shipment through their Abuja office to Dallas, USA under a partnership that promised delivery within 7–10 working days. Today is July 15 almost a month later and the package is yet to be delivered.

This is not just a delay. It’s a complete failure of service. The package contains perishable food items, including fish, which should NEVER be handled with such carelessness.

Worse still:
• When I contacted their Abuja office, I was suddenly told it takes 25 working days a detail NEVER stated in the proposal or verbally communicated at the point of shipment.
• Their global customer service then gave inconsistent excuses, including flight cancellations again, with zero prior communication. Adding that the 7-10 delivery days starts counting after the goods leaves their office, and this was communicated to me today 😢
• Now, my own client is threatening legal action, demanding a refund and holding me responsible for their potentially spoiled goods and being unreliable for the estimated time of delivery.

I’m calling out Ella Logistics Abuja for:
❌ Deceptive timelines
❌ Poor customer service
❌ No accountability
❌ Unprofessionalism

If I, as a logistics provider myself, can be this badly treated under a “partnership” I can’t imagine what regular customers face.

This is not just bad business, this is unacceptable.

📌 Dear Ella Logistics, this is not how partnerships work. I demand accountability. My client deserves their goods or a refund.
