As Senior Sales & Marketing Executive/ Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our operations in your region of operation. If you're a natural leader with a knack for strategic thinking and operational excellence, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Capacity to support/oversee day-to-day operations of the region, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff members to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize region performance and drive business growth.
- Ability to manage finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to foster business development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- BSC/ HND in relevant field (Logistics, or a related field an added advantage).
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the logistics or courier industry.

- Strategic thinker with a result-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for logistics management is a plus.
