She almost didn't book with us. And we completely understood why.

Ngozi had been trying to get a package from her mum in Enugu to her flat in Birmingham for four months.

Four months.

Not because her mum hadn't tried. Her mum had tried three times. Two different agents. One of them collected money and went silent for three weeks before eventually refunding half of it. The other one shipped the parcel but it sat in a customs facility for so long that by the time it was released, some of the food items inside had spoiled.

By the time Ngozi found us she wasn't hopeful. She was just trying one more time before giving up entirely.

We didn't make her any big promises. We just told her exactly what we were going to do and then we did it.

Her parcel left Enugu. We kept her updated at every stage. It cleared customs without a single issue. And it arrived at her door in Birmingham intact, on time and exactly as her mum had packed it.

The message she sent us after delivery was short. She just said "I can't believe it was this easy."

That is all we ever want to hear.

If you have been trying to make a shipment work and keep hitting walls, come and talk to us. Sometimes it really is just about finding the right people

The best message we ever receive is not a booking confirmation. It's the one that comes after the parcel arrives.

It usually comes a few days after delivery.

Sometimes it's long. Sometimes it's just a voice note. Sometimes it's a video of the person opening the package and we can hear the reaction in the background.

But the ones that stay with us are the simple ones. The ones that just say thank you. That say my mum cried when she opened it. That say my daughter didn't expect it and she couldn't stop smiling.

Those messages remind us why we do this.

Because at the end of the day anyone can move a box from one country to another. That's not the hard part.

The hard part is doing it in a way that makes the person on the sending end feel like they were in good hands the whole time. That makes the person on the receiving end feel like whoever sent this really thought about them.

We want every shipment we handle to feel that way.

Not just delivered. But felt.

If you want to create that moment for someone you love, we're here whenever you're ready
