*Special Release*

Duke of Shomolu productions was contracted to organise a unique competition aimed at discovering and encouraging young talents on behalf of frontline Shipping and Logistics Firm *SGK Shipping Limited.*

The Aim of the competition was purely supportive of the huge talents that abound amongst our youths and to also encourage them by giving them a platform as credible as this to flourish

The Duke of Shomolu Productions outfit has in the last five years worked with over 500 youths on stage, graphics, fashion amongst other spheres of creative endeavours in some of the most spectacular theatre productions like *Emotan* and *Aremu* to mention a few.

This was why we were contracted by SGK to push this competition.

The promos where shot and the social media campaign thrown out. We received some of the most mind numbing enteries which continue to make us proud of our youths.

Choosing the very best to receive the Awards was not easy. But we were able to after gruelling engagements arrive at our conclusions even though on the Video side we received a lot of images that didnt quite fit our expectations.

The protest that was called to further give our youths a voice and which was taken over sadly by other elements as we were all aware erupted and we decided to put a halt on the announcement for very obvious reasons.

We decided to wait for it to all calm down before we made our announcement and engage the winners as planned.

Meetings were held throughout last week especially on the aforementioned issue where we didnt get visuals on our client but visuals on already made works not directly related to our client. Over 90% of submissions fell on this mark.

However we have decided to go ahead and would make the final amnouncement thursday this week and prize monies presented by the MD SGK.

Please be rest assured that SGK and indeed Duke of Shomolu Productions remain highly credible platforms each promoted by inspring leadership who continue to support the growing aspirations of our Youths.
