It is good hearing from you and knowing you would like to do business through our platform. The most important thing is that you are already in discussion with your manufacturer/supplier on this issue and based on your interactions with them, they already have the knowledge of your needs. What you will be expected to send to us is your contact details and your manufacturer's details (names and phone numbers) and your goods will be in Nigeria. These you will need to send to us either by text or mail. The average number of days for the arrival of your goods from China to Nigeria takes about 7 to 14 working days if there are no airline issues.
We can also assist you make remittances directly to your manufacturers in China by paying into our bank accounts in either USD into our domiciliary account or paying Naira into our Naira account based on the exchange rate for that day which you will need to confirm from our accounts dept. You will also need to pay us a token as the transfer charges as we receive N500 transfer fee for payments of $500USD or less, but for payments which are over $500USD, we accept $1 to N1, meaning if you are making the payment of $620USD, you will have to pay us N620,

Fidelity Bank plc. Ltd). Please note that if your transfer fee is not paid your remittance to your supplier/manufacturer will not be paid by us until the full charges are received. After making your payments into our bank account, we expect you to send a SMS to 08062428967 or 08023453207 giving us the details of how much you are paying to your supplier or manufacturer in USD, (Your names and phone numbers as well as your contact person/supplier/manufacturer's names and phone numbers). Kindly note that this remittance services has been suspended for now due to the variation in exchange rate between the two countries.
You may also be charged express pick up fee for pick from your manufacturer which is dependent on the distance of pick up,weight, volume and size of your goods. You do not need to make any of these payments until your goods have arrived our warehouse in Nigeria, The only payments you are expected to pay through us is your manufacturer's fee. Kindly note that it is not our responsibility to confirm the geniuity of your supplier or manufacturers as this is solely your responsibility.
You have three options for the delivery of your goods to you within Nigeria;-
a, You can get your goods in any part of Nigeria by giving us the details of a driver or transport company well known to you for us to deliver to,whom you now pay upon delivery to you.
b, You can contact anybody well known to you in Lagos to pay the charges and pick up your goods for you in our office.
c, We can also send it through our choice logistics company in Lagos but you will need to pay for the cost of transporting it to your designated state by remitting the payment into our bank account.
