Leadership Sustenance
I have one purpose and that will be my endless pursuit and passion. I just wanna be poured out onto my younger ones. Thus I know assuredly, they will fit in when you're not or less available. They will be your strength and motivation when they take up your role and gives you through the excellence they display. Let us learn to impact the younger ones. They are our role sustainers. Don't only live or exist to be missed when you leave or take an exit. Do much more to be remembered by investing who you are and what you carry into the younger generation. Your best of impact lasts and speaks much more when it is expressed and reflected in others (protégés).

The fact and figures you have in your head don't equate the truth that flows from God's heart to you. Life is heavy and hard gotten to those who walk with only facts and figures which can be frustrated. Those who have been true agents of change in the world we are don't walk by facts and figures only, they do by intuition and instinct. Facts and figures are good for work as external tools when the propelling force within is powered. Power flows within man when he becomes addicted to God for instinct and intuition. Intuition within works out distinction without. It is only who are respecters of instinct that become distinguished in the world we are. You can be useless with facts and figures, but you can never be with truth, vision and instinct. You become a question to men when you're driven by facts and figures only, but you become an answer to the world you're driven by intuition. Facts and figures make good of you only as hard labourer, but truth and instinct within make you a wise schemed worker.

Leadership becomes boredom and burdensome when you focus less on your person and personality and focus much on position. There can't be leadership prowess without good person and personalities even if position is intact. Focus much on persons and personalities and improve them on constant basis. If the person is formed, position will have shape. But take note no position can shape person. It only reveals person - weakness and strength. See you all the top.

The way to the top is climbing up. The climbing may not be easy. But climbing mountains is expedient for every mountaineer. Height don't just become height without it's making. Height becomes height making it a height from the plain. Start the climbing now. Take the steps gradually and before you know it you will graduate to the top. You are destined for heights. Every positive and meaningful change doesn't come by your leadership sit, that is ordinary position, neither does it comes from your status. Position without power is poisonous. Status without strong attitudes will only make you something but a mere statue. Good leadership is a powerful and strong one. To become an effective and a great leader learn, hear and blend people around you, but never fear them. People are powerful. In fact, they remain God's method ever for change. Keep positive people beside you always because they are agents of change while you keep negative ones behind you. Accept all men of all kinds, but approve people of positive orientation.

You cannot climb up when your character is low. What keeps leaders going on the ladder of leadership is not their positions, but their characters. Character is like pregnancy. You cannot hide for long. For you to keep going upward, keep improving on your character daily.

WHY THE LEADERS ALONE?
For revival to last, it has to be in the hearts of all the people, not just in the hearts of the godly leaders. Great movements depend on individual commitment, not just on great leaders.

As it is in the spiritual settings, so it is in national life. No meaningful changes last until everyone in the nation gets committed to it, and remain ever passionate and addicted to the changes.

BE IMPACTFUL!
Don't be more interested in looking good than in doing good. The greatest thing you can leave behind is the example of a life well lived by good deeds, not by good dresses. Not only is it good to evaluate the years you've already lived, but it's very wise to consider how you want to spend the rest of your life.
