What does it take to send a parcel from one location to another without any sort of headache?

This question set my mind juggling.

And it reminded me of my several bitter experiences. But this particular one I am about to narrate to you pinches me very badly and I still feel that pain whenever my mind takes me there.

I wanted to send a parcel from Lagos to Portharcourt.

For me to get a park where I could get drivers going to portharcourt was a herculean task. I got one in the end though! But at a very exorbitant price that was close to extortation!

Kai!!! And the driver was so unprofessional I felt poor! I wished again that I could have a good logistics company that's affordable but that was but a dream.

I called after some hours to know how far with the parcel because there is no tracking number. I got a rude shock when the driver screamed at me that he's driving and I should not call him again till in the evening.

Then when I called in the evening, his number was switched off! Gosh! You can imagine the tension and the stress because the parcel had to be received that very day and the recipient kept calling to know where the parcel is.

Finally, the driver called late at night that he has gotten to the park, that I should send someone to come and collect the parcel from him that night else I won't see him the next day!

See how these drivers play God???

As I sat down to think on all the ugly experiences and the negative impact it has had on me and everyone I know. I decided to start a Logistics company that will correct all the errors and difficulties people face in sending their parcels.

And blessed me, I got a partner in my parents company. They do all the operations as in ground work of carrying the goods from point a to b. They have offices at every close proximity so sending and receiving goods are never an issue.

I am doing okay now and stress levels these days are worry free.
