-Shipping Costs
There's free nationwide shipping! The Free Shipping to any part of the country will be sent with our reliable courier service and expected to arrive within 5-14 days. However, if you would rather have your product delivered to you faster, you can contact us to speak with us concerning our Swift Delivery Service which arrives your doorstep within 24-72 hours from time of purchase.

-Return/Exchange Policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction! Everything listed has real pictures of the items you should receive, but if you decide you don't like the item you received, you chose the wrong product, specification or colour or you ordered 2 of the same item, you can contact us and we'll give you a full refund. But please email us first at [email protected] telling us about your issue before mailing it! Also, items should be unused and returned within 14 days of you receiving it. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please let us know so we can remedy the situation. If you'd like a refund or exchange, please contact us within 2 weeks of shipping, and return the item in its original condition. Please let us know if you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of shipping, and we’ll extend your refund/exchange deadline. Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping charges, nor do we pay for return shipping. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us with the subject 'Exchange' to inquire about the new item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Please return items in original condition (unused, un-torn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured courier service. Once your return is received, we will process a credit for the cost of the returned item and deduct the shipping charge for the new purchase. Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
