After crossing the Atlantic from Fuerteventura to Marie-Galante via Cape Verde, Mr Régis Jamin originally planned to sail SY Jamcat back to Europe. But with technical challenges, timing pressure, and the approaching hurricane season, yacht transport became the safest and most practical solution for both yacht and crew.

“Shipping the yacht just made the most sense. It was the safest option for both the boat and the crew, and it kept me on schedule. Everything ran smoothly, both in the Caribbean and on arrival in Lorient.”

We are proud to have supported SY Jamcat on her journey back to Europe, with a smooth operation from the Caribbean to Lorient.

As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the engineering side of complex yacht transport projects worldwide. From assessing transport feasibility and stability calculations to developing lifting and securing solutions, you will play a key role in creating safe, efficient, and cost-effective transport operations.

Working closely with Project Managers and Loadmasters, you will contribute to challenging international projects involving a wide variety of vessels and transport solutions.
