From transport to precise installation! Earlier this year, we delivered and installed key components for the LNG bunker vessel Green Pearl in Italy, including cryogenic tanks (approximately 343 tonnes), each measuring an impressive 13 × 39 × 16 metres, as well as a canopy. A project where timing, precision and coordination made all the difference.

Our m/v Happy Sky departing Taicang with Seabridge cargo bound for Ketchikan, Alaska. The shipment includes a 756.5 mt pontoon (86 x 15 x 4 m) and an 881.3 mt ramp barge (73 x 17.7 x 5 m), carefully loaded and securely fastened on board.

We are proud to announce the successful launch of the first vessel in our series of four new BC-Class module carriers, CY Frontier, on Sunday, 15 February. The vessel will now move to the outfitting quay for final completion and commissioning.

The second vessel, m/v BigLift Pioneer, is expected to enter service later this year. With these additions, we will operate six heavy transport vessels (HTVs) by the end of 2026, further strengthening our ability to support complex heavy lift and transport projects worldwide.

This milestone reflects our continued commitment to innovation, reliability, and delivering exceptional service to our clients around the globe.

We’re excited to announce the order of our newest heavy lift vessel, a next generation sister ship to our iconic Happy Star, scheduled for delivery in June 2028. Built at Dalian Shipbuilding Offshore Co., Ltd., this future ready vessel features an optimised design along with the latest technological and regulatory advancements.

With this newbuild, BigLift Shipping further strengthens its position as a provider of engineered heavy lift and transport solutions and underscores its confidence in the continued growth of the global heavy lift and project cargo market.

Before autumn truly sets in, we're taking a moment to enjoy these beautiful late-summer photos of our m/v Happy Diamond. Taken in the North Sea, the photos show the vessel carrying four Liebherr cranes that were loaded in Rostock, Germany, and were en route to three destinations in Italy: Naples, Bari and Porto Marghera.
