Dear Customers,

This is to inform you that we have been quite busy working on different items, and the most important of all flights from Amsterdam to Tehran. Unforunately until now IranAir has not succeeded in arranging flights to/from Amsterdam to Tehran and is working on possible solutions. As you are well aware the covid-19 pandemic has been affecting all businesses and specially the airline industry and there are limited flights operating. We still have some options from Germany and France for passengers who want to use our services from Amsterdam, until a solution has been found to start operations from The Netherlands.
As concerning cargo matters, we have been working hard to find solutions for the Import / incoming cargo handling and Export cargo!

For Export cargo, meaning that if you have packages that you would like to send to Iran, please contact the following company:

For Import cargo / any cargo being sent from Iran to Holland, kindly follow the following rules:

1. It is important that when cargo is arranged to be sent from Iran to Amsterdam, the handling agent in Iran needs to mention the mobile number and the email address of the person who will be collecting the cargo in The Netherlands.
2. It is important to consider that you will be charged with administrative and customs costs when your cargo arrives to The Netherlands.
3. The company that takes care of the import cargo is B.B.V. Logistics and their email address is: [email protected]
4. Once your cargo arrives into Amsterdam B.B.V. logistics will sent you an email according to the information provided on the AWB (airwaybill number starting numbers 096 ....) along with forms that you will need to complete and return per email so they can proceed with clearing your goods from the customs.
5. Bare in mind that you need to reply to the email sent, and if not you will be charged for each day that your cargo remains at their warehouse.

قابل توجه مسافرین عازم کشور آلمان، که دارای مدارک ذیل باشند اجازهٔ پرواز و ورود به این کشور را خواهند داشت

۱. پاسپورت اتحادیه اروپا/ایسلند/نروژ/سویس/أنگلستان.

۲. اقامت اتحادیه اروپا/ایسلند/نروژ/سویس مشروط به اینکه مسافران بلیت تایید شده هواپیما یا قطار بصورت ترانزیت در ادامه مسیر به کشور
صادر کننده کارت اقامت به همراه داشته باشند.

۳. ویزای تایپ D معتبر آلمان (Family,Business,Student)

۴. ویزای تایپ C معتبر صادره در آلمان جهت افرادی که همسر آنان دارای پاسپورت آلمانی‌ باشند. نامه از سفارت و ترجمه رسمی‌ از مدارک مربوطه به زبان انگلیسی به هنگام پرواز الزامی است.

۵. ویزای تایپ C آلمان که تاریخ صدور ویزا از 17Mar20 به بعد باشد.

۶. ویزای تایپ D اتحادیه اروپا مشروط به اینکه مسافران بلیت تایید شده هوایی‌ بصورت ترانزیت در ادامه مسیر به کشور صادر کننده ویزا به همراه داشته باشند.

۷. مسافران بصورت ترانزیت بین المللی

کلیه مسافران بالای دو سال در پرواز‌های ورودی به آلمان میبایست در محدوده ۴۸ ساعت مانده به پرواز اقدام به انجام آزمایش PCR نمایند و گواهی جواب منفی‌ تست کرونا را به زبان انگلیسی به همراه داشته باشند. مسافران با ویزای تایپ C توریستی که تاریخ صدور آن قبل از 17Mar20 باشد، تا اطلاع ثانوی مجاز به انجام سفر نمی‌‌باشند.

شایان ذکر است مسافران قبل از پرواز می‌‌بایست خود را در لینک https://www.einreiseanmeldung.de بصورت online ثبت نام نموده و کپی‌ از تایید نهایی و بار کد تشکیل شده را به همراه داشته باشند. همچنین مسافران پس از ورود به این کشور میبایست به مدت ۱۰ روز خود را در محل سکونت شخصی‌ خود قرنطینه خانگی نمایند که پس از روز پنجم قرنطینه از مسافر تست PCR گرفته خواهد شد. ورود هر گونه بار دستی‌ بصورت ترولی یا چرخدار به داخل کابین پروازی مجاز نبوده و مسافران صرفا میتوانند فقط به تعداد یک کوله پشتی‌ و یا یک ساک دستی‌ جهت بار همراه به داخل کابین استفاده نمایند.

استفاده از ماسک در طول پرواز و در فرودگاه الزامی می‌باشد.

Kindly be informed that the flight operation to/from Amsterdam to Tehran IR724/725 from October 8 to 22 are cancelled and all passengers are being contacted either by IranAir-Amsterdam or through IranAir-Tehran. For any changes you will need to contact the office where you have purchased your ticket. This message is to the Iranian young generation who are well educated and capable of working with computers and well aquainted with new technology:
Please help our elderly, your parents and your relatives, who are not capable of working with computers and are in need! As many airlines are providing online services and less and less possibilities of actual phone contact with their service desks, elderly passengers get into trouble. Today we received quite some phone calls of passengers who have not even bought tickets from IranAir-Amsterdam, yet not being able to reach Turkish Airlines, they contacted us for advise. These group of passengers had purchased a ticket through Turkish Airlines and upon check-in were rejected for not having applied for the PCR (covid-19) test. All these passengers claimed not to have been informed by the mentioned airline. It is very much possible that the airline in question has placed the detailed information on their website, yet for elderly passengers it is very complicated to find their way through all these websites. Therefore reach out your hand to the elderly and help them as we do! Again, even though it is not our duty as IranAir to function as the help desk of other carriers, we are reaching out to you and will help you best way possible.

Dear Passengers,
Before you book your flight on other airlines, check their restrictions first. We are receiving regular complains from passengers on the following two cases:
1. Turkish Airlines has no flights, yet sells tickets and does not return the amount paid. Therefore make sure that they operate and after that book your flight.
2. On Qatar Airways, passengers with double Nationality Iranian and Dutch, who's names or surnames are differently written in the passports, causes issues on their return from Tehran because of mismatch in name or their family name.
