For 𝑳𝒖𝒛𝒐𝒏, 𝑽𝒊𝒔𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒔, and 𝑴𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒐, we would like to charge an additional €5 per box; for 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒆, we would like to charge €10. Despite of 𝒔𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 decrease in 𝒇𝒖𝒆𝒍 prices, the price of local 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 did not return to its original fee. We remain 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒇𝒖𝒍 that the corresponding 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 in the Philippines are able to maintain this business in spite of these issues. And with that, we are grateful to 𝒀𝑶𝑼; we 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅 you more than you need us to keep this historic 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 alive. Our Balikbayan box company will continue to work hard with your help and understanding.

Every city has its own schedule, and if you can’t make it on that date, you can bring your boxes to the warehouse. Please ensure that you book on time to secure your place in the container, sometimes we receive an unexpected multiple bookings.
The deadline is before August 3th.

July 4 and 5: Reserved/special trip

July 11 and 12: Leiden, Amsterdam, Haarlem.
Beverwijk, Vollendam, Purmerend, Heerhugoward, Friesland, Lelystad, Almere and Huizen.

July 18 and 19: Oberhausen Germany. Utrecht, Arnhem and Nijmegen.

July 25 and 26: Antwerpen, Breda, Dordrecht, Bergen op Zoom, Rotterdam and Spijkenisse
Tilburg, Eindhoven, Helmond, Den Bosch and Gorinchem.

Since the conflict in the Middle East, everyone is affected in all aspects of life. We weighed it for a long time and finally came to a decision to 𝒂𝒔𝒌 for additional charge from the 𝒄𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔. Although it was from the previous shipment, 𝒎𝒐𝒔𝒕 people didn't hesitate to 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒑. While a few are moaning (which we can totally understand), others even 𝒈𝒂𝒗𝒆 more than what we asked for, and some 𝒅𝒊𝒅𝒏’𝒕 need an explanation. But we also have 𝒆𝒙𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔; we have some clients who have some difficulties, like untimely end of contract, those who have brought their boxes in meetups and to the warehouse despite the distance, and lastly the au pairs who have limited money.

We would like to let you know that we are very, very grateful. Not only do you understand, but by doing so, 𝒀𝑶𝑼 showed us your trust and support for our company. We didn’t expect such outcome and because of that, you ease our burden. Cor and I 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒆 it a lot. Again, thank you all.

You have to wait until the precise date of the next year for newborns to turn one year old. This applies for the number of months when you send boxes. It would be a month in January if it was picked up in December, to put it simply.

Additionally, our website clarifies that the ACTUAL DATE of the boat's departure should be counted rather than the date of collection.

Since we are solely reliant on the shipping business, delays are unavoidable.

In addition to the additional sailing time because they no longer pass via the Suez Canal, we must take into account the following elements that will impact the shipment: weather, port congestion, engine issues, and transshipment.

Let us appreciate that we Filipinos have this privilege and that we will do our part to meet your expectations, but we also have our limitations. We appreciate your continued support and patience. We are looking forward to more containers to fill and more happy clients.
