We’re lucky to see so many different places across Europe, from the busiest horse shows to quiet, beautiful locations like this! We really love where you all are taking us! 💚

Another journey completed, and many more kilometres to come.

WHEN THE DUST SETTLES. 🐎

The trucks are still rolling and the horses keep travelling, but after some incredibly intense months, that tested us, pushed us, and demanding everything from everyone, the pressure is finally easing a little.

And that gives us a moment to say something we don’t say often enough: Thank you 💚

To our team: we see how much you give. The long days, the constant changes, the pressure and the responsibility that comes with what we do.

We know it’s not always easy, and we know we don’t always say it enough, but we see you, we value you and we are incredibly thankful for of you.

And to our clients: thank you for your patience, flexibility and understanding during these exceptionally busy times. And most of all, thank you for continuing to put your trust in us and coming back to us, time and time again.

Gelissen may be a family legacy, but it is carried by every single one of you! You make us who we are today!

And seeing the next generation growing up between the trucks and horses makes us even more grateful for everyone helping us carry it forward.

And then, suddenly, it’s a wrap!

The last truck just rolled in from Aachen. For some, dreams became reality. For others, expectations fell apart. The highs, the lows, the victories and the disappointments, they are all part of the journey.

And while Aachen comes to an end, our work doesn’t stop just yet. Tomorrow, we’ll already be organising as much of the paperwork as possible, so horses can begin their journeys home as quickly as possible, back to their stables and families all around the world. 🌍

Time to recharge, take a breath, and, when the time is right, start dreaming of the next adventure

Because one chapter may have come to an end…
but the next goals are already waiting. ✨

Aachen in full swing! 🇩🇪🐴🔥

When the world’s best come together, it’s not just horses that have to make the journey. There is also equipment. A LOT of equipment. 🚛💨

Getting a team to Aachen means moving an incredible amount of equipment safely, efficiently and on time!

We’re proud to be right in the middle of it, moving horses and equipment from one discipline to the other to and from Aachen and helping teams focus on what matters most: performing at their very best.

Halfway there. Still rolling. Still going strong. 💪🏼

While Dublin and London have kept us extremely busy with huge numbers of horses travelling in and out, there is so much more happening behind the scenes.

Today, our trucks are also on the road in beautiful Sweden 🇸🇪, and we’ve also been busy with an incredible amount of airport transport, with horses from all over the world. ✈️🐴

And now, World Equestrian Games are in full swing! 🇩🇪🏆 Over the coming weeks, we’ll be rolling in and out of Aachen, transporting riders and horses from all disciplines on their way to chasing their dreams. ✨

So many horses. So many destinations. One incredible passion. 💚

The paperwork is done. Now the real fun begins. 🇮🇪🔥

The first trucks have left for Dublin, and we’re on fire. More trucks are coming!

Every international trip brings its own challenges. A last-minute change or an unexpected obstacle, it’s all part of the job. Those moments keep us sharp and remind us that great horse transport is all about experience, teamwork, and finding solutions when they matter most.

A special thank you to the team of Bramhams of Buckingham for the outstanding cooperation, quick responses, and seamless teamwork. It’s a pleasure working with partners who always go the extra mile.

Home safe. On to the next. 🐴🚛🇬🇧🇮🇪

The horses are safely back home after a successful trip to Hickstead. But there’s no time to slow down, London and Dublin are already knocking on the door!

When the UK is involved, it’s about much more than transport alone. Customs procedures, export documents, veterinary requirements and ferry crossings demand constant attention. Every day calls for quick decisions, flexibility and solution-oriented thinking to keep everything moving without compromising on the welfare of the horses.

A huge thank you to our drivers, stable team and office staff. Everyone plays a vital role, and it’s only together that we make every journey a success.

On to the next crossings, another busy week ahead. 💚

Busy weeks, long days and countless kilometres… but moments like these remind us to look up. 🌿💚

No matter how full the schedule gets, we’re fortunate that our work takes us to some of the most beautiful places. A quiet driveway, tree-lined roads and another truck ready for its next journey.

He may not be ready to drive a truck just yet, but he’s already proud to lend a hand around the stable. Watching the next generation grow up in the place we love most is something truly special.
