Nieuw Blog: Uruguay, een eerste indruk

We zijn nu weer een maand onderweg en ruim 3 werken in Uruguay, deze blog beschrijft onze eerste indrukken in dit lieflijke Zuid-Amerikaanse land.
We starten in Montevideo waar we Milady uit de haven ophalen, een telefoonkaart regelen en onze eerste boodschappen doen. Daarna vertrekken we voor een rondreis door de mooie landschappen van Uruguay.

New Blog: Uruguay, a first impression
We have now been on the road for another month and have been in Uruguay for over 3 weeks; this blog describes our first impressions of this lovely South American country.
We start in Montevideo, where we pick up Milady from the harbor, arrange a phone card, and do our first shopping. Afterward, we depart for a tour through the beautiful landscapes of Uruguay.

Milady Landy meets the Southern Atlantic Ocean for the first time and we experience our first authentic Uruguayan asado (barbecue) at La Chacra Holandesa.

After months of separation, a long travel in a container and lonely months in the port of Montevideo, Milady Landy was happy to be reunited with us.
After a little starting issue, a corroded electrical wire connection, we could resume our world travels in Uruguay.

Buenos Aires, our first stop in our eighth year of world travel.
The grand finale was an open air tango by and with Guillermina Van Der Linden (Willemijn NL) and Jose Carlos Romero Vedia (Romero Ar), tango professionals from this beautiful city.
