35 years of energy, from day one.
Ron Onderdijk has been bringing the rumble since the very beginning, back in the early days at Noldijk and Heerjansdam. From there to Barendrecht, first on the second floor, then for VBT from the attic between the archive shelves, and now here in Dordrecht.
For the past years, he’s been bringing the same unconditional energy and experience to Tunderman.
A true team player and a pleasure to work with. Open-minded, honest in his work, and always open to a good conversation. For the younger women on the team, he’s very much a father figure, looking out for them in his own unmistakable way.
Colleagues also know him as a great teammate with a legendary morning mood, which explains the Grumpy (yes, one of the seven dwarfs) keeping watch on his desk.
Across the organization, Ron took the lead in setting up both the Works Council and the BHV team (emergency response), leaving a lasting mark.
