Bo Notting has been working at Modexpress since February 2024 as an Account Coordinator in the Customer Support department at our Heibloemweg 10 location in Helmond. Since joining the company, Bo has shown that she is a valuable colleague and makes an important contribution to the cooperation with our customers.

Her hard work and way of working have not only been noticed within Modexpress, but also by one of our customers. We recently received a great email in which the customer shared their appreciation for Bo.

The customer said that their Customer Service team enjoys working with Bo. They appreciate her proactive attitude, quick responses, and the positive way she communicates, solves problems, and provides support when needed. Thanks to Bo, the cooperation runs very smoothly, and the team always has a clear overview of what is happening. As the customer said: "Our Customer Service team loves working with her."

The customer's logistics team also praised Bo for the way she temporarily took over a colleague's work during her holiday. Even though this was only a temporary replacement, Bo quickly took on the role and did an excellent job. Her commitment and way of working made a very positive impression.

The customer also said that, in a short time, Bo has shown that she is a perfect fit for the fast-paced way they work. They see her as a quick learner who understands their processes and carries out her work with confidence and dedication.

As an employer, we are very proud to receive such positive feedback from one of our customers. It shows that Bo makes an important contribution to the cooperation between Modexpress and our customers.

Britt has been working at Modexpress as an HR Advisor for the past two years. Prior to that, she completed an internship with us that lasted more than nine months. The fact that she was offered a permanent position immediately after her internship speaks for itself: from the very beginning, her enthusiasm, dedication, and talent made a lasting positive impression.

In her role as an HR Advisor, Britt is responsible for all HR matters at one of our locations. She actively contributes ideas, communicates clearly, and takes initiative to achieve the best possible results. Together with her colleagues, she played a key role in welcoming more than 100 new employees to Modexpress during the first six months of 2026. In addition to her HR responsibilities, Britt manages a large part of our internal and external communications through our social media channels and is an active member of the Works Council. Although these are very different responsibilities, Britt successfully combines all three roles with enthusiasm and professionalism.

What perhaps makes Britt stand out most is her integrity, kindness, and approachable nature. She is always willing to help others, and with her positive attitude, she is a truly valuable asset to Modexpress.
