This diy project is made in the automotiveindustry for the loading and unloading of carparts in their factory.

Here are some examples that we recently made in order to replace Trans-Tec and Ramalix brand hover pads.

But we also produce our own hover pads with other materials to be better suitable for cleanrooms for example. Using stainless steel instead of regular steel parts.

The chamber recognized the combination of our innovative, simple way of moving very heavy loads with our efficient production process.

Our systems only need compressed air to operate which most of the manufacturing facilities have available already.

The unique design allows us to fully recycle all materials used in our products and systems. The fact that we can separate our rubber membranes from the metal backplates allows us to just replace the rubber part when it is damaged. This saves raw & packaging material and results in a 40% weight reduction during transport.
