Matador Continues Production and Distribution of AATA Machines
Following the sudden passing of René van der Kaaden, former owner-director of AATA International B.V., Matador B.V. will take over the production and distribution of AATA stairclimber machines as of 01/03/25
The agreements regarding the continuation of AATA’s stairclimber production and distribution have been made in close consultation with René’s family. This transition also honors the long-standing relationship between AATA and Matador.
Matador will serve AATA’s national and international network and will fully integrate AATA’s product range into its own portfolio. René’s family will remain involved in the production and distribution of AATA stairclimbers in an advisory and transitional role for the coming years.
Matador’s product range will include the following AATA products:
• SR-1750 Stairclimber (tracked transporter with 1000kg load capacity)
• SR-450-475 Stairclimber (tracked transporter with 450kg load capacity)
• SR-380 Pro Stairclimber + e-lift (stair-handtruck with electric lift)
• SR-Express + SR-Express Advanced (+Lift) (M-Stair) (stair-handtruck up to 150kg)
• SR-Doortransporter (stair-handtruck for doors up to 150kg load capacity)
• SR-Screen Transporter (stair-handtruck for TV screens up to 90”)
• SR-Transporter (Double Track) (all-terrain tracked vehicle)
AATA and Matador hope that this collaboration and continuation will further strengthen and expand the AATA-developed stairclimber range, with capacities ranging from 150kg to 1000kg.
