Ondanks alle uitdagingen hebben onze leveranciers en klanten het beste ervan gemaakt, waar we erg dankbaar voor zijn! Nu is het tijd voor rust, familie en (hopelijk) lekker eten!

Today in the Netherlands we celebrate Sinterklaas with plenty of pepernoten, marzipan, and chocolate letters! Do you know what temperature your chocolate is shipped at as it crosses the world to get to you?

About 12 to 16°C! Too low and the chocolate quality will suffer, but too high and the chocolate will melt. For these reasons, most chocolate is shipped in refrigerated "re**er" containers.
