This week, the Chamber was officially launched in The Hague, marking an important milestone in advancing bilateral business cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Netherlands.

As one of the ten founding partners, Royal Dutch LV Logistics is honoured to contribute to this new platform, which brings together leading companies from both countries to promote trade, investment, knowledge exchange and long‑term economic development.

🌍 At LV Logistics, we take pride in supporting our clients with end‑to‑end logistics solutions that combine technical expertise, hands‑on guidance, and global coordination.

Recently, our freight forwarding specialists managed the shipment of LV’s Container Loader to our client’s warehouse in Ireland, where all coated steel was safely loaded into containers. Our team also provided in‑house training to ensure the equipment was operated with confidence and precision.

From there, our shipping specialists coordinated the transport of the loaded containers from Ireland to Abu Dhabi. Upon arrival, the first shipments were discharged using our LV Discharge System across two sites at the Sahil and Shah oil fields. An LV freight forwarding specialist was on site to oversee operations and train local teams ensuring our high standards were upheld throughout the steel’s entire journey.

🌎✈️Our worldwide network of over 35 branches brings many practical benefits to our customers. A good example is the recent order from a valued global customer to transport Buoyancies Modules from the UK to Brazil.

We regularly transport such cargo by sea freight, but rarely by air due to its size and weight. Yet for reasons of speed and critical timing, transport by air was chosen and two Boeing 747s were fully chartered.

The knowledge and experience of our LV experts in the UK and Brazil and the integration of both teams ensured flawless handling. Upon arrival of both flights at Rio de Janeiro airport, our Brazilian colleagues were on site to ensure smooth completion to the full satisfaction of our customer. This project was a top-notch effort and teamwork, with thanks to all LV colleagues involved, both management and operational staff, in Brazil and the UK. Once again we showed: Your challenge is our business!✌️

🚢🚚A massive bridge under construction, with components up to 16 meters long, 4.5 meters wide, and weighing as much as 57 tons. For LV Logistics, this represented the kind of logistics challenge we are built to handle.

It was our responsibility to transport these large and heavy bridge sections from a manufacturer in Portugal, via Rotterdam, to a construction site in Birmingham, UK.

This project required:
✅Multimodal coordination across sea and road
✅Detailed route planning and permitting in the UK
✅Customs management
✅Precise delivery scheduling to a constrained urban site
✅Real-time communication between all stakeholders

Executed over six months and involving 50–60 separate deliveries, this project reflects our ability to manage complex logistics operations with precision and reliability.
