We’re looking for two Operations Coordinators to join our teams, one based in Weerselo, The Netherlands 📍🇳🇱 and one in Wellington, Florida📍🇺🇸
Your mission:
🔶 Coordinate horse flights worldwide
🔶 Manage import/export procedures
🔶 Communicate with clients, agents and partners
🔶 Keep schedules organised and handle last minute changes
🔶 Bring structure and support to our team
You are:
🔶 Experienced – 1 year relevant work experience
🔶 Responsible, proactive and a natural problem solver
🔶 Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus (for US)
🔶 Flexible with a mindset beyond 9-5
