Company profile

Mission & Relief in the Netherlands was established in 1993 to support relief organizations with transport and logistics. The main activity at that time was to assist our customers with proper documentation for customs purposes at destination countries. In first instance, we organized road transportation to Eastern Europe and slowly other means of transport are being used, like se

a- and airfreight. In the meantime Mission & Relief, has people specialized in road transportation as well as sea/airfreight. Mission & Relief operates warehouses specially designed for storage and handling of humanitarian commodities. The procurement of goods for emergency and development project are part of the Mission & Relief service. Due to fact that more and more customers are based in USA and UK, we established offices in these countries to optimize our service.

Afgelopen week vierde Aad zijn 25e jarige werkjubileum bij Mission & Relief.

In de afgelopen 25 jaar heeft hij heel veel meegemaakt en gedaan in het bedrijf, van begeleiden en organiseren van (bijzondere) transporten.

Ook het opmaken van allerlei verschepingsdocumenten (export & import matig) die benodigd zijn bij het vervoer van de hulptransporten wereldwijd is hem wel toevertrouwd.

Wij wensen Aad nog heel veel mooie en goede jaren toe bij ons in het bedrijf.

Our storage facilities

In Zevenhuizen (near Rotterdam) we have a modern customs storage warehouse. In this warehouse, relief goods - ranging from clothing, food and medicine to cars and medical equipment - can be temporarily stored awaiting relief transport. This includes goods under customs supervision. If necessary, we can clear your relief goods and ship them as free goods to any destination you desire.

Mission & Relief Logistics purchases relief goods on a large scale. These relief goods are resold in smaller batches to relief organizations. This trading activity allows you to buy relief goods at significantly lower prices. In addition, we provide the export documents to export the relief goods at the VAT 0 rate.
