Maaskade Group and Garant Group jointly acquire Hoogendijk Sliedrecht
SLIEDRECHT – Maaskade Group and Garant Group have joined forces to acquire Hoogendijk Sliedrecht. The acquisition marks a new chapter for the more than 100-year-old maritime service provider, which will continue to operate independently under its trusted name, supported by the combined knowledge, networks and long-term commitment of Maaskade Group and Garant Group .
For clients and business partners, continuity remains the priority. Hoogendijk Sliedrecht will continue with its existing services, customer relationships, employees and day-to-day operations. The company will remain a separate and recognisable organisation, with Teus Hoogendijk continuing to be involved.
Over more than a century, Hoogendijk Sliedrecht has built a strong position in the maritime sector through specialist knowledge, practical service and long-term customer relationships. That foundation will remain at the heart of the company. Teus Hoogendijk’s continued involvement will help safeguard its knowledge, customer relationships and familiar way of working as the company enters its next phase.
At the same time, the partnership with Maaskade Group and Garant Group creates opportunities for further development. By bringing together the knowledge, networks and capabilities of all three organisations, the partners aim to strengthen Hoogendijk Sliedrecht’s existing activities and, over time, broaden the range of services and products available to clients.
