2025 at Husøy Terminalen – a year of growth and progress 💫
→ We were once again recognised as a DN Gaselle company for the fourth consecutive year, reflecting sustained development and solid performance over time 🙌
→Activity levels continued to rise across Husøy, Torvastad, Bokn, and Skudenes. We are on track for around 600 port calls by year-end. Handled volumes are expected to reach approximately 200,000 tonnes discharged and loaded by the end of the year.
→ This year also saw an expanded footprint. Husøy Terminalen will play a key role in the operation of Port-5561 in Bokn as part of our multi-site terminal setup. In addition, together with Scan Logistic Partner As, we co-established Fredrikstad Cargo Terminal (FCT) in Borg Havn, with 50/50 ownership, strengthening our network and capacity 🤝
→ Operational improvements remained a key focus throughout 2025. Stronger pre-arrival planning, clearer work packages per port call and more structured yard and gate routines have improved predictability, supporting safer ex*****on and more consistent turnaround across our terminals.
→ We also continued to invest in the future. Upgrades to key handling equipment, combined with further development of the Husøy Terminalen web portal, have strengthened operational capacity, planning and control ⛴️
