Mål og visjon
Stiftelsen Solakonferansen har som mål minst en gang i året å bringe sammen de mennesker som best kan medvirke til å bedre sikkerhet, kvalitet og miljø innen luftfarten. Programmet orienteres omkring aktuelle luftfartsspørsmål og søker å sette fokus på de områder ressursene kan gi høyest effekt for sikkerheten. Konferansen skal gjennom virksomheten bidra til å formidle ny viten vider

e også til andre områder enn luftfarten. Visjonen er å påvirke utvikling for bedre holdninger til sikkerhet i videste betydning, skape forståelse på alle nivåer for at sikkerhet også koster, men at investeringer i arbeid med kvalitet og sikkerhet i siste instans er lønnsomt. Målgruppe
Faglig og politisk ledelse i departementene, ledelsen i flyselskapene og Avinor AS, Luftfartstilsynet, internasjonale flyfabrikanter, fagorganisasjoner, forskning og undervisning, presse og media, politikere, oljeselskaper, transport og annen næringsvirksomhet.

En oppdatering på tema og arrangementet:
Logistikkdroner i Nordsjøen, hydrogenfly langs kysten og eVTOL til havvind og oppdrettsanlegg.

Hvordan opprettholde og videreutvikle standarder for sikkerhet, kvalitet og miljø når vi faser inn og integrerer neste generasjon fly, passasjerdroner/eVTOL og Advanced Air Mobility-konsepter i norsk luftrom? Nye teknologiske konsepter og muligheter er på full fart inn i samfunnet og luftfarten – men hvordan skal vi ta de i bruk samtidig som vi opprettholder den gode sikkerheten som kjennetegner luftfarten internasjonalt og i Norge?

I denne paneldebatten møter du deltakere fra relevante aktører som alle jobber innenfor luftfart og med innføringen av innovative teknologier og konsepter i norsk luftrom. Deltakerne er brukere, produsenter, myndigheter og tilretteleggere som alle har lang erfaring med sikkerhet, luftfart og teknologi. Sammen skal de diskutere teknologier som ligger foran oss, hvilke utfordringer det bringer og ikke minst hvordan vi bør agere for å løse de.

Andreas Aks, styreleder i Stiftelsen Solakonferansen, innleder, og med Axel Knutsen, som moderator, går vi løs på problemstillingen og utfordringene.

The board's annual meeting completed, and with the following change of management
- Øivind Solberg is stepping down after thirteen years of outstanding efforts for the good of Stiftelsen Solakonferansen, the last four years as our particularly dedicated and skilled chairman.
Change of command completed on 14 March, and Andreas Aks is now, after two years as a board member, our new chairman.
As board members, we can also proudly present Arne Martin Gilberg, Heidi Wulff Heimark, Lars Andreas Landsnes, a warm welcome on board to the newcomer from the high north Erlend Høgset Olsen, Per André Rykhus, Anette Sigmundstad and Tore Villard.

Juliana Carolina Kiraly Thomaz Rodrigues, Business Development Lead – Europe, Eve Air Mobility Systems – Presentation along with Andreas Kollbye Aks, Widerøe Zero AS, at Solakonferansen 2023, Tuesday 19 September, 1640 – 1710 hours: «May Advanced Air Mobility Redefine Mobility on Norway’s West Coast?»

Eve Air Mobility is dedicated to accelerating the Advanced Air Mobility ecosystem. Benefitting from a start-up mindset, backed by Embraer S.A.’s more than 50-year history of aerospace expertise, and with a singular focus, Eve is taking a holistic approach to progress the AAM ecosystem, with an advanced eVTOL project, comprehensive global services and support network and a unique air traffic management solution.

Juliana leads Eve’s Business Development in Europe, being responsible for the sales strategy of Eve’s eVTOL and services in the region, for securing partnerships throughout the UAM ecosystem, and for supporting future operations. Mrs. Kiraly has been working in aviation for more than 10 years. She started her career at Embraer Commercial Aviation, where she worked in areas such as Flight Operations, Market Intelligence and Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Eve, Juliana held the role of Marketing Manager at Embraer, being responsible for the sales strategy in Western and Northern Europe, building complex models, structuring sales campaigns, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis and presenting market opportunities to the airlines in the region. Andreas Kollbye Aks, CEO, Widerøe Zero AS – Presentation along with Juliana Kiraly, Eve Air Mobility Systems, at Solakonferansen 2023, Tuesday 19 September, 1640 – 1710 hours: «May Advanced Air Mobility Redefine Mobility on Norway’s West Coast?»

Widerøe Zero, Air Mobility Incubator set up for a revolution in aviation. Owned by the Aviation Group Widerøe AS and headquartered in Oslo, Norway, it tackles all the regulatory, commercial and financing challenges involved in purchasing and entering new aircraft concepts into revenue service. Its work is immediately necessary for Norway, where the geography welcomes short-haul flights already possible with existing zero-emissions technology. Other countries throughout Europe and beyond will benefit increasingly from Widerøe Zero´s knowledge as the range of commercial options afforded by a new class of aircraft becomes clear.

Andreas leads the transformation of Norway’s oldest - and Scandinavia’s largest regional airline towards a more sustainable business platform, acknowledging a new era of environmental concerns. He initiated, established and leads the corporate spin out Widerøe Zero AS - designing viable business around new aircraft concepts. In collaboration with strategic partners, Widerøe Zero is aiming for the first Zero Emission flights to take place before 2030.
Experience as Deputy Accountable Manager/ - COO, with a deep understanding of how “nuts and bolts” come together in an airline. Jennifer Martone, Program Director for the Sikorsky Commercial Aftermarket Business, Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company – Presentation at Solakonferansen 2023, Tuesday 19 September,
1050 – 1120 hours «Current Market Conditions and Future Outlook for the S-92A Aircraft».

The presentation will discuss the current market conditions as well as the future outlook for the S-92A aircraft.

Jennifer Martone is the Program Director for the Sikorsky Commercial Aftermarket business and has been in this role since the beginning of 2023. In her 12 years at Sikorsky, she has held prior roles within the Sikorsky Operations and Global Supply Chain organizations as well as held the Program Manager role on the Sikorsky non-commercial 92 aircraft platform.
