A little insight to the energy and hearts of our team from an email sent internally today. A big part of coming to the office is the people we work with, we work as a team and acknowledge everyone, but today a special shout out to the woman in our lives internally and externally.

"International Women’s Day began in the early 1900s and is a “global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality”.

This year, special thoughts go to those women in Ukraine, and Russia.

We come in different shapes, sizes, colour, height, we communicate differently, cook differently, wear clothes differently, but are all unique and so very special. We should never be afraid to be smart, life can be tough, but so are we, and if you have a dream make it a goal. If you have knowledge let others light their candles in it.

Women are incredible, and the world needs strong women who will lift and build others, who will love and be loved. Women who live bravely, both tender and fierce, women of indomitable will.

Thank you to each and every one of you for being you."

- Barbara H.
