AUT ICT Services ICT Services provide support to staff and students at AUT.

The online Knowledge-Base has information on all services provided. You can also contact the Service Desk by phoning x9888
Staff support is available 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Student support is available 7.00am-10.00pm Monday to Friday and 09.00am-6.00pm Saturday and Sunday

Accessing UniCentral easier from 4th July 2012
From 4th July 2012, students using AUT computers will no longer have to log on a second time to access UniCentral. Once students have logged into the AUT network, they will be automatically logged into UniCentral.

This change will not apply to students accessing UniCentral via the AUT wireless network or from outside the AUT network.

Do not leave computers unattended
The single sign-on technology allows access to Arion, AUTOnline and Webmail. If computers are left unattended unauthorized access to additional personal student information will be possible after 4th July. Students are reminded they need to always log out before leaving.

In Outlook, you can also set up automatic replies to emails, so that a scripted mail message will be sent once to each person who emails you while this feature is turned on. This is called the "Out of Office Assistant".
