📣 SHIPMENT RATES UPDATE 📣

To our valued clients,

In line with our announcement last April 8th, 2026 (https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1FWcJzEJWS/), please be advised that we have updated our shipment rates effective immediately.

This adjustment is due to rising fuel costs and increased charges from our shipping and transport partners. These industry-wide increases affect trucking, handling, port operations, and overseas freight costs.

While we have worked hard to absorb as much of these additional expenses as possible, this update is necessary to help us maintain the reliable service, safe handling, and timely deliveries that you have come to expect from us.

For the safety of your balikbayan boxes and the items inside, we kindly ask everyone to properly secure and tightly pack all liquid products before shipment 📦💧

Leaks from liquid items may damage not only your own box, but also other boxes during transit and delivery. As much as possible, we highly encourage clients to avoid packing liquid products to help prevent accidents like this.
