Potential shipping disruptions – Cyclone Wati ⛈️

With Cyclone Wati moving through the Cook Islands, we want to let our clients know that some shipping schedules between Rarotonga and Auckland may be affected.

This includes the following sailings:

🛳️ Imua 164N – Rarotonga to Auckland
🛳️ Imua 165 – Auckland to Rarotonga

At this stage, we haven't received any official notifications of changes to these sailings, but we'll keep an eye on developments and share any updates as they come through.

Most importantly, our thoughts are with our clients, partners, friends and the communities across the Cook Islands who are being impacted by Cyclone Wati. We hope everyone is keeping safe and looking after one another 🫶

We always enjoy seeing footage of the Silver Supporter at Pitcairn Island 🌊

At SESL, we work with the UK Government to help get supplies to the island, so it’s pretty special to see the ship arrive and the longboats making their way between the vessel and shore.

It’s a small glimpse of the journey beyond our yard 😊
