Who spotted our amazing team on TVNZ’s Moving Houses last night?!

Our crew took Andy and his team along for the ride in our trusty Kenworth to deliver Jess and Martin’s dream home to its new home in rural Taranaki! 🚛🏡

A huge thank you to Jess and Martin for trusting us with such an exciting project. We loved being part of the journey and helping bring your dream home to life!

Catch up on TVNZ+ and check out our team in action! 👏

🚛 THROWBACK MOVING MONDAY 🏡

We’re digging back into the archives for this week’s Moving Monday! 📸👀

These photos are a little glimpse into the earlier days of Central House Movers and it’s pretty cool to look back and see just how much has changed over the years.

The trucks might look a little different, but one thing hasn’t changed… we’ve always loved moving houses! 🏡🚛

Who remembers these days? 👀

⭐ FIVE STAR FRIDAY ⭐

This week’s Five Star Friday comes from a Presidential client, Jeanette and Bruce, following the completion of their new home project 🏡

We were proud to be part of the journey, not only delivering their beautiful new home to Pukerua Bay, but also completing the pile driving 🚛🔨

It’s always awesome to hear that the hard work behind the scenes - from site preparation and pile driving to communication and delivery has made the whole process smooth and stress-free for our clients.

A huge thank you to Jeanette and Bruce for the wonderful review and for trusting the Central House Movers team to get the job done! ❤️

🚛 WHERE’S THE BOYS WEDNESDAY? 👀

This week, the boys were out in the Manawatū, moving a beautiful Greenbuilt home from Feilding to Ashhurst! 🏡🚛

It might have been a bit muddy underfoot 🌧️🫣 but that didn’t stop the crew from getting this stunning pre-built home safely to its new site - with our trusty track mats on the job !

There’s something pretty special about seeing a beautiful home like this make its journey from the build site to where it’s going to become someone’s home ✨

So, where’s the boys this Wednesday?

🏡 THROWBACK MOVING MONDAY 🚛

Taking a trip down memory lane for this week’s Moving Monday! 👀

This was one BIG job - a large home split into three pieces, relocated all the way from Palmerston North to the Waikato. 🚛💨

The reason for the move? This building needed to be relocated to make way for a rest home project happening on the site. Saving it from demolition, this relocation gave the beautiful home a new purpose and a new chapter in a completely different part of the country 🏡➡️🏡

Moving a three-piece home over a long-distance route takes plenty of planning, coordination and some serious road miles - but it’s exactly the sort of challenge our team loves💪

This one might be a few years old, but it’s definitely worth a spot in the CHM throwback files! 📸

Palmerston North ➡️ Waikato
3 pieces ➡️ 1 big relocation! 🚛

What a mission! 👏

⭐ FIVE STAR FRIDAY ⭐

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on one of our own - Brook! 👏🚛

Brook has been part of the Central House Movers crew since he was a young buck, growing up around the trucks, the gear and everything that comes with the job 💪

After putting in the years and learning the ropes, Brook has recently taken the next step and started towing loads and we couldn’t be prouder of how far he’s come! 👏

From starting out as the young fella on the crew to now taking on more responsibility behind the wheel, it’s awesome to see the next generation of CHM coming through.

Keep up the great work, Brook — plenty more kilometres and plenty more loads to come! 🚛💨
