All drivers have completed a rigorous 20-minute safety briefing and at least watched a skydiving video, so you know your freight is in good hands.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share a quick update on what’s been happening behind the scenes over the past few weeks.

Fuel prices have risen sharply, with our purchase costs increasing by 183% in just six weeks. Unfortunately, this means we’ve had to introduce an Emergency Fuel Surcharge of 15%, which will be applied to all invoices, this will be reviewed every friday and adjusted as required.

It’s also been a tough week on the freight side of things. Ongoing ferry delays and road closures across the North Island due to severe weather have made moving freight more challenging than usual.

That said, everyone across our nationwide partner network is working hard every day to keep things moving and get your freight delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Ferry cancelations ⛴️ 🛑

We are currently experiencing multiple cancelations over multiple days on both picton-wellington freight connections

Please allow an additional 48 hours for all north island deliveries and an additional 24 hours for all Picton and Nelson deliveries.

We are working hard with our network partners to ensure deliveries are moving as quickly as possible

Due to ongoing changes in fuel prices, a Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF) may apply to some freight charges. We are currently monitoring fuel costs closely.
