As the year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to say a very heartfelt thank you to the people and organisations who make healthcare travel possible, every single day.

To the hospitals, treatment centres, clinics and dialysis units — thank you for the care, compassion and professionalism you show our passengers and their families.

To the social workers, carers and support teams — your advocacy, coordination and kindness make an enormous difference, often in ways that go unseen.

To the charities and community organisations who step in when support is needed most — we see you, and we’re grateful to work alongside you.

To the airlines, air crews and ground crews who help our passengers navigate what can be stressful journeys — thank you for your patience, flexibility and care.

And yes — to the coffee shops that keep early starts, long days and tired humans moving ☕️ — we truly couldn’t do this work without you.

Most importantly, thank you to the patients and families who trust us during vulnerable moments. It’s a privilege we never take lightly.

We wish you all a safe, healthy and peaceful Christmas period.

We’re thrilled to announce a major step forward in supporting accessible transport across Ōtautahi --> our new wheelchair/mobility vehicle is officially available! ♿✨

This upgrade has been a long-term goal for our team, and we’re so proud to bring a service that offers more ease, comfort, and independence to those who need it most.

The vehicle is fully certified to 300kg (including a 200kg chair) and designed so two companions can sit right beside you — keeping every trip connected and comfortable.

From hospital visits to social outings to everyday travel, our professional drivers are here to make getting around Christchurch & Selwyn safe, simple, and stress-free.

That’s why we’re part of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program, helping our drivers recognise and support passengers who may need a little extra time, patience, or care.

If you see someone wearing the 🌻 sunflower lanyard or pin, it’s a quiet way of saying: I may need a little help today.

What. A. Year!

2025 is about to take off, but before we hard-launch the next 12 months (starting at 0630 tomorrow!), it would be wrong to skip over what we’ve achieved this year.

Our team, NZ Look Shuttles and Christchurch Combined Shuttles, has absolutely nailed what an epic customer experience looks like. It’s why we’re trusted with what we do and why people come back to us time and again.

People book, we’re there.
They change plans, we’re there.
They need to cancel, we’re there next time.
When they need help, we are there. Always.

To say we’re proud of the team is an understatement. They are what keeps our wheels turning 🚌 🫶🏻

A few highlights from the year:

⬆️ We’ve grown the team to help service more of our loyal travellers.

🏢 We opened our new Rolleston HQ office & warehouse.

🚌 We’ve added new vehicles to our fleet

✈️ Most importantly, we’ve assisted thousands of passengers from all corners of the planet 🌎 We haven’t done the math, but it was around 26,000 passengers 😱
