This is a hands-on role where you’ll:
🚛 Plan and deliver practical and theoretical training needs
📚 Coach and develop our drivers and operational teams
📈 Review performance and identify development opportunities
🦺 Support health & safety, compliance and safe work practices
✅ Help lift capability and standards across our operation
We’re looking for someone with strong transport and logistics experience who can build trust, communicate well and improve overall performance.

Another outstanding project completed by the Charter team on behalf of Makespace Build.

This operation involved the successful transport of four over-dimensional loads from Silverdale to Greytown, travelling together as part of a carefully planned and well-executed project.

With 9 pilot vehicles, 4 drivers, and a significant amount of coordination behind the scenes, the team delivered a seamless outcome while maintaining safety and efficiency every step of the way.

A huge thank you to everyone involved for their professionalism, planning, and commitment to getting the job done right.

Most importantly, another successful delivery and a very happy customer.

This oversize barge consignment from Frankton Marina, Queenstown to Auckland was in the best possible hands - our skilled driver and experienced pilot worked seamlessly together and delivered the job in an exceptionally professional manner.

No two oversize moves are the same, and once again our team proved they have the knowledge, confidence and expertise to handle every challenge on the road. 🙌
