Airline Heat Policy

As we note the forecast for the following week indicates extreme temperatures in Australia we need to be mindful of pets travelling within next 10 days.
Qantas advise the day before departure if temperatures indicate over 35 degrees at time of flight arrival. They are likely to cancel/postpone your flight.

Most flights arrive early morning or early evening when temperatures may not be so severe.

We understand this will impact on some clients.
Notifications will be passed on as soon as we become aware of any issues.

Air NZ do not have a heat policy but Qantas handle pets arrival.
Less likely to cancel flights but maybe.

We will be monitoring the situation closely
