Have ripped open the racketeering mob and their criminal wrongdoings for all to see.

It may or may not be granted, as the Supreme Court is more of a lawmaking institution, and is not concerned about erroneous decisions, or factual correction. The denial of teh petition will not reflect the merits of the case. But the expose will be a warning for all customers of this mob.

Mcquay Northland Maxwell, who states that Conroy Removals is like a family to him, writes :

"F**k you dumb bitch the f**k outta here aotearoa f**k your country"

There were other similar comments written in the last 2 days by him, which were deleted either by him, or by facebook police...so can't be reproduced here at this time...I had to turn on the profanity filter for this page...

As you can all see, my allegation of racism are not mere figment of my imagination...

What a team of employees Conroy Removals employs - so customer focussed, so ethical, honest, people with integrity (NOT!)....scroll down to read the exchange...

This is a small example, an advertisement of the professionalism and competence of their employees....

Why do all the overseas bankrupt companies, dishonest, corrupt companies retain Conroy Removals as their NZ partner? Because the management is corrupt, and to control markets, they intentionally hire agents like these....not to mention hiring employees that have a similar customer service traits, and will attempt to mob lynch you, or silence you thru threats if you complain......

Edit: if you are currently involved in a dispute with Conroy removals, and they are threatening to not release your cargo unless you agree to not disclose their deceptive actions, please know that such extortion - of forcing you to cover up their crimes in return for releasing your goods - is a violation of Fair Trading Act.

You have a moral and ethical responsibility to disclose such a scam publicly, and warn other potential victims......

But even if agree to conceal their crimes, that agreement is invalid, since it violates fair trading act. So sign away...but do disclose....and warn others...

Yet another victim of the mob attempted robbery of $77,000 plus more by the business associate of CONROY REMOVALS. CONROY REMOVALS used RIGHT MOVE 4 U to rob me. CONROY REMOVAL also used their name to rob another customer who had engaged the Right Move 4 U and CONROY REMOVAL duo in Australia in 2016.

CONROY REMOVALS hires front end marketing agents like Right Move 4 U, ......to engage in bait and switch paractices....CONROY REMOVALS quotes super low to RM4U, who then bait customers into a contract thru these low quotes.

They lure customers into a "low priced" contract, hold the goods as ransom to extort money that they are not entitled to. Read the complaint filed by yet another victim where attempt was made to rob them of $77,000 plus.

CONROY REMOVALS are required by shipping laws, to seek pre payments form their marketing agents. However, they conspire with the agents to double charge teh customer. The agents keeps the initial payments made, and then CONROY REMOVALS again demand payments in NZ, claiming that the overseas agent never paid them. If the overseas agent never paid them, then why did they accept teh assignment? Also, why do they continue doing business with such overseas agents. Obviously there is a meeting of the minds...

These seedy/sleazy companies are front end marketing agents for CONROY REMOVALS in UK and USA. CONROY REMOVALS pays these companies to lure customers with bait and switch practices, and then CONROY REMOVALS extorts more money from its consumers, while falsely blaming these companies - which are nothing but its own agents in UK, US.

CONROY REMOVALS is required to be pre paid. But it does not charge the overseas agent. Instead, it extorts money from the consumers. Good cop/bad cop practice - blaming the overseas agent. When CONROY REMOVAL sends their stuff overseas, these same agents do teh same - they blame CONROY REMOVALS for failing to pay them, and extort huge amounts of money from teh gullible consumer.

This scheme to extort money from gullible consumers is a repetitive theme is almost ALL transactions CONROY REMOVALS has for transport of goods from US/UK to NZ/AUS.

Be VERY careful before you sign the Customs Release Forms handing over your goods to CONROY REMOVALS.

Any people out there who are trying to move cargo, make sure you demand the Bill of Lading.

I uncovered a falsified Bill of Lading in January. CONRY REMOVALS had conspired with the carrier to forge, falsify a Bill of Lading where it had shown itself as a consignee. Therefore, the customs could not release the cargo to me, because my name was n't even there, although I was the shipper and the consignee of the cargo, and CONROY REMOVAL and the cartel were simply frieght forwarders...freight forwarder is a column on the Bill of Lading - which they had intentionally left blank.

Using such falsified Bill of Lading, it took control of my cargo and began extorting money from me.

Apparently, the gang of business that it interacts with, routinely do that. So before you sign your Customs documents, demand to see the Bill of Lading. And if your name is not there, complain to the Customs, or the police, and inform them that the Bill of Lading is being falsified and the company may use it to extort money from you. So have the Bill of Lading changed then and there. And don't buy into the crap that Bill of Lading cannot be changed. It can be changed anytime, especially if the fraud is suspected.

One more thing, there is a column there which says how many pieces (for liability). The company illegally states "one container". Remember, when it says one container, you can only recover for ONE item, which has a maximum of $500 under COGSA, and $2500 or so under Maritime Transport Act of NZ. Insist that the number be equal to the number of boxes you have. So if you are transporting 50 boxes, make sure this box has 50 items written on it. The company routinely tries to illegally evade liability by putting the whole consignment as ONE container. You have a right to refuse, and if they refuse to put the accurate number of items there, immediately cancel teh contract, as they are illegally trying to evade liability for damages.

Bill of Lading is an official document that allows movement of goods in and out of teh country. Falsifying that document with the sole intention of cheating someone is as serios as immigration fraud. The laws have been bult to protect you from dishonest companies like CONROY REMOVALS. Be aware of teh laws, and make sure you insist on your rights.

If you do decide to hire this company, check every document carefully. Or best, avoid dealing with it. Toxic companies should die a slow painful death, and it is the consumers who must take responsibiity for cleaning up the market.

A gentleman called Dave called me a few months ago, arund January 2019. He had the same story. The container containing his and other consumers' stuff was held up by CONROY REMOVAL for 4 weeks, and then they demanded $4000 from EACH consumer whose cargo was in that container. So technically, if there were 3 people sharing the container, CONROY REMOVAL demanded a total of $12,000 more than what was contracted, disguising the extortion as storage charges. If there were 4 people sharing the container, $16,000 extra (on top of what was negotiated) was earned.

These are bait and switch practices. CONROY REMOVAL underquotes, and then takes control of the cargo, uses that as hostage, and extorts additional money.

And remember, get EVERYTHING in writing. Do not entertain any oral conversation. Some freight forwarders are adept at engaging you in phone conversation, where they will make promises that they don't intend to keep. If that happens, please let them know that they would like the arrangement in writing. If they refuse, then write it up yourself, and send it to them in an email and tell them to object to the parts that they feel do not accurately represent your understanding of the arrangement. State that if they do not object, the arrangement outlined in your email will be deemed valid.

NEVER talk on the phone to settle any dispute. ALWAYS exchange emails on an disputed matter. That way, they cannot con you, and you will have a written record.

Be aware. Be careful. Be persistant. Protect yourself from predatory, and corrupt businesses like Conroy Removals and its partners in crime.
