Pear & Blue Cheese - Oamaru Whitestone Windsor blue cheese, candied Beurre Bosc pears from Etrrick & pear purée base milk.

We made 150 TACOS-for the 150yr Speights anniversary.

In both shops from today 🤝

Old Dark ice cream-caramel, cream and malt. Dipped in milk chocolate with our handmade Speights peanut crunch sprinkled on top. Roasted peanuts in a beer and caramel brittle crunch.
