Melbourne, what a few days 🤍
Last week I headed across the ditch for The Travel Brokers Conference, learning, catching up with some of the best people in the industry, eating VERY well, plenty of laughs and, of course, a wine or two.
This one felt pretty special though.
Almost a year ago, I took a big leap and stepped out on my own two feet, launching Aimee McKee Travel.
New name. New chapter. But same little ol’ me behind the desk.
So to come away with FY26 Top New Travel Broker was a pretty incredible moment 🏆
More than anything, it’s a testament to every single person who has trusted me with their travel over the past year. Every booking, referral, recommendation and repeat client has helped me build something I’m incredibly proud of.
It was also my first proper trip away from Rowie, which felt pretty scary! Meanwhile, he was at home having the time of his life with his Dad and everyone close to us… and apparently coping much better than Mum 😂
A massive thank you to my clients, family, trusted suppliers and The Travel Brokers team for backing me.
What a first year. And we’re only just getting started.
