We were there...

Fire & Ice festival... What a fantastic event for the Methven community and the many visitors who travelled to be part of it!

Congratulations to Adventure Balloons NZ for delivering such a fun-filled evening with incredible food options and great entertainment, such a vibrant winter atmosphere!

A special congratulations to the Stoddart family for winning the family pass after correctly counting the balloons in my post last week, and thank you to everyone who took the time to join in and have a guess.

27 April 2026 - We had a really cool flight today. Although the outskirts of the city were surrounded by fog we remained over the city with clear skies.
