✨Out & About with BUSIT is all about YOU✨

Our crew will be popping up around the region to connect face‑to‑face, answer your questions, and help make travelling easier.

Our first stop is the Meteor Theatre where you can chat with the team about travelling with BUSIT and get support with your BEE card whether it's buying one, topping up or loading your concession. 🚏

We’ll also have timetables, concession forms and BUSIT merch to give away.

With the World Surf League coming to Raglan next week, 23 Raglan service will run a modified service and here’s what you need to know 🏄‍♀️✨

Before & After the Event (1–13 May & 26–31 May)

23 Raglan service will operate as normal. Trips scheduled for Manu Bay will turn and terminate at the top Manu Bay carpark.

During the Event (14–25 May)

The 23 Raglan service will not travel to Manu Bay during the World Surf League event. All services will terminate at 72 Wainui Rd.

If the event is cancelled on a given day, services to Manu Bay will operate as normal.

🌊 Heading to the event? Hop off at 5 Wallis Street and walk over the Raglan Walk Bridge toward the airport area to connect with the Event Park & Ride shuttles.

🚍 Leaving the event? Hop on 23 Raglan service from 7 Bow Street (outside the library) to return to Hamilton.

🏡 For Raglan residents ~ Passengers travelling from Hamilton at 8:30am or 12:20pm who need to continue beyond the township can transfer to a shuttle. This transfer is free of charge if you’ve already paid your regular bus fare. Please let the shuttle driver know your drop‑off location.

Passengers wishing to travel from Manu Bay to Hamilton on the 9:48am or 1:40pm services can do so by hailing a shuttle between:
9:00am–9:45am & 1:00pm–1:45pm

Please plan ahead and allow extra time during this busy period 💛

Comet Passengers — Changes are coming❗🚍

From Monday 11 May, the Comet (C1 & C2) will start and finish at the Glenview Hub. This changes how the service travels through Glenview and the Houchen/Acacia area, so please check the updated route as some stops may change sides of the road.

🗒️ Some timetable times will also change

✅ Frequency stays the same (every 15 mins weekdays, 30–40 mins other times)

Heading to Chiefs v Waratahs this Saturday? We’ve made some improvements for this match! After last game’s feedback, shuttle timings are now clearer and more reliable 🚌🏉

The Base Park & Ride Shuttle now have approx departures times at 5.45pm, 6.15pm, 6.45pm

CBD Shuttle will continue to run every 15 minutes from approx 6.05pm

FREE travel on Hamilton BUSIT services when you show your game ticket 💚 (Urban buses only — regional not included.)

Kick‑off 7.05pm, Saturday 4 April. Skip the parking and ride with BUSIT.
