Meet THE HY-MYLAH — the Kenworth named after our beautiful granddaughter, Mylah, who lives over in sunny Perth. Now Mylah might be a little younger than the truck, but she’s got some serious catching up to do! This old girl has already clocked up a whopping 1.8 MILLION kilometres under original owner Will Gundy — and by the look of things, she’s only just warmin’ up the tyres! 🔥🚛, and when you think about it, the name THE HY-MYLAH is pretty fitting too… she’s certainly Hi-Mylah-ing up the kilometres! 😂. She’s hauled plenty of loads, travelled more roads than most of us ever will, and probably knows every service station between the North and South Islands better than we do! ☕️⛽️

Massive congrats to Kenmer on completing his MITO Loading Fundamentals Qualification! 👏🚛 He's finally got a certificate to prove he knows what he's doing... which is handy, because the rest of us were just taking his word for it!

At Clive Taylor Haulage, we reckon truck driving is a skilled profession, not just a job. We're looking for a Class 5 Truck Driver based out of Levin to take the wheel of ANZACMACK – our Mack Trident that works hard, looks good, and occasionally gets more compliments than the boss.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving ANZACMACK like the professional she deserves
- Carting aggregate and rock safely and efficiently
- Keeping customers happy
- Completing paperwork (yes, unfortunately this is still a thing)
- Looking after your truck like it's your own

- What We're Looking For:
- Class 5 Licence
- Good attitude
- Sense of humour
-Ability to reverse & jack knife without creating a YouTube moment
- Respect for Health & Safety
- Someone who understands that "just send it" is not a transport strategy

Bonus Points If You:
- Can tell the difference between a Mack engine noise and a strange noise
- Talk nicely to your truck
- Own more high-vis than normal clothes

A day in the life at CTH when you have been rained off ☔️. Some of the team going hard out in the heavy rain doing a team effort washing trucks while others took the drier option in the workshop! International donut 🍩 day was celebrated, along with an awesome shared lunch initiated by the team. How lucky are we with our crew 😎

An epic milestone ticked off for team CTH, with the recent opening of Te Ara Tupua. For this Seawall resilience project and cycle/walkway we carted over 70,000 tonne of volcanic rock out of Taranaki to Wellington waterfront. Along with providing additional services including the digouts and seawall retention around the bays. A mammoth effort from the team and a three year project we are very proud to have been a part of. 😎
