We are delayed for the 2:50 ferry to Diamond Harbour due to shipping movements in the marina. Apologies we will try get back on schedule as soon as possible.

The Diamond Harbour ferry is running approximately 10 minutes late for the next few runs due to high traffic. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we get back on time!

The Diamond Harbour Ferry has been delayed due to port traffic berthing at wharf 2. The 1600 trip has been cancelled and as the plan is to resume service at 1625.

Just a reminder that the Black Pearl will be undertaking a training exercise tomorrow!

Services will continue as normal on the Black Diamond.

From 6-9pm on Tuesday 13 October we will be doing a joint training exercise in Whakaraupō Lyttelton Harbour involving our on-water staff and Coastguard.
The exercise will simulate a breakdown on the ferry, requiring it to be towed into port by Coastguard, possibly with assistance from Lyttelton Port Company vessels.
So, if you see this happening, don’t be alarmed – it’s just a drill! Please share this with any of your friends or whānau who might be in the area that evening.
The Diamond Harbour Ferry will still run as normal using our back-up vessel, Black Diamond 💎.

Kia Ora,
Just a heads up for tomorrow, Sunday 26th, due to high winds forecast if it exceeds our limits we may need to cancel the ferry, in which case a bus service will be running instead. The Ferry will endeavour to run as long as possible but regardless there will be transport to and from Diamond Harbour. So keep an eye out on the forecast and here on Facebook for updates.

Kia Ora,
2 Samsung phones were left on the ferry this morning, come down to the ferry to collect them or ring our office at 03 328 9078 if they are yours and we can organise for them to be picked up.
