Wilson Sand & Greenwaste We provide top-grade pit sand, convenient green waste and clean fill dumping and reliable local transportation services.

Our specialty is pit sand and we operate from the sand quarry on our Hinuera Road West property, 2km south of Matamata. We are centrally located in the Waikato and are fortunate to be 50kms from Tauranga and 55kms from Hamilton.

Ever wondered what happens to the green waste that people drop off in our sand quarry. It gets mulched up into compost then carted to our 2nd quarry windrowed then turned and left ready to be used as compost fertiliser.

When dropping green waste off we require your name as part of Covid-19 level 3 rules . If you are not prepare to do this don’t come to us. Green waste drop will close midday Saturday and Not be open on Sunday.
