Rebuilding batteries, warranty available. I've just had a36v 14aH battery built with samsung 18650 cells and I'm very happy. Shrunk wrapped with fuses and new BMS. I'm lucky my battery compartments so easy to get into and a square battery. Great price. Solution for any of my ex customers needing a new battery.

Sue came around today with her 10 year old, noisy ebike for repair. She's an engineer and between us we stripped one side of gearbox found a bearing on a gear broken, surprising ebike still went. Took us 4 hours, 2nd hand pinion gear, plate and couple of new bearings needed, packed in grease, assembled and wahoo quiet and goes like new. Girls can do...

2 ex rental 'kea's for sale. 36v, 250w both 2 1/2 year old 13aH batteries. 1 LED display $1100, 1 LCD display $1300. Both Serviced, reconditioned gear boxed and some new bike parts. 1 has curve back handlebars but I can add curve back handlebar to other. When batteries need replacing these are being built now in NZ and fitted into battery compartment. Reluctant sale, I'm not hiring ebikes any longer retired.

Reconditioning a couple of reducer/gearboxes for my -ecycles as I had spare gears and bearings. Incase any customers need one. At least my ebikes gearboxes can be reconditioned.

2 hours on Saturday helping Ninja Andy open gearbox on his 11 year old a2b-ecycle, good thing I still have new and reconditioned and 2nd hand parts. He likes to do himself but uses my tools and advice. Bit stressful but ebike fixed. He bikes to work 6 days a week and supermarket trips. Noisy gearbox fixed.
