Side decks going on the steam boat

Getting a bit crowded in the workshop 3 boat all over 18ft. 19 ft steam boat hull has arrived to have the traditional layed decks done in mahogany planks and the transom and combings all mahogany. I managed to get her in with West Bay in main shop and Evergreen the Chris craft is in the paint shop

West Bay got her First bond coat over exterior and fearing filler on to cold at nights now for fillers to set properly so small oil heater under her then a layer of polythene sheet to stop fearing compound sticking to the wool blankets and drop sheets keeps the heat in overnight lots of sanding to do tomorrow

Old cherry bed frame all fixed

The Chris Craft is getting there sorting interior out lots of cosmetic work needed found a few issues with the fuel tank that came with the boat it was 20 mm to big in diameter had to alter mounts then found another technical problem see if you can spot it

Flipped West Bay over and finished stripping of the antifouling and prepping plank laps for sealing

Playing with my off cuts again making Rolling pins and a seat/shoe Rack more stock for our shop

Our new Fault line wood products shop is open. I am still making stock for it but have platters chopping boards art and a coffee table in stock now open 9-5 weekdays unless I am off site or text me and make a time to visit 0274518027 we are at 249 Appleby highway. The old ships cabin is off the pilot boat Tauranga
