Congratulations to Scott Robertson, taking out the Customer Feedback Award, Health & Safety Award and Leader of the Year at this year's Booth's awards night 🏆

Scott's Customer Feedback Award recognises the strong, trusted relationships he builds with our customers, and the credibility that comes from showing up for them time and time again.

Scott has taken on more responsibility this past year and never shrugged away from it. He's remained calm and focused, taking it all in his stride. He knows his people, makes time for them, has the conversations and follows through.

Delivering for the business and looking after his people aren't competing priorities for Scott, he does both. With a safety-first mindset he leads from the front with care.
