Designer Wardrobe came to us two weeks before there first app release. Top concern was around whether there customers could easily journey through the app and finally purchase and ship an item.

After a round of usability testing we discovered that most of the customers were confused with the existing shipping interface.

We used this data to redesign the users journey and it tested great!
